Carbide Products, Inc. owns and maintains a single, modern, climate-controlled facility, accommodating the industry’s most advanced equipment and our highly skilled and motivated professionals. Carbide team members and equipment represent the best-of-the-best in nearly every machining discipline in today’s modern machine shop – all in a single location. These strengths, coupled with a true team environment, allow us to serve more than 200 customers in a dozen different industries around the world each year. Our diverse capabilities and team planning give us the unique ability to choose the most efficient and accurate method of manufacturing our customers parts, tools or gauges. We are not limited by equipment type or skill in any of the machining arts. Our customers recognize our expertise and frequently consult our engineers and managers for ideas on how best to approach a project.

Our machining capabilities include CNC turning, CNC hard-part turning, CNC milling, conventional turning and milling, silver brazing, soldering, heat-treating (furnace and induction), CNC and conventional precision surface grinding, Blanchard grinding, centerless grinding, CNC cylindrical and contour grinding, form grinding, ID, OD, and CNC and conventional tool and cutter grinding. Our Wire EDM and Sinker EDM department utilizes the finest Swiss machinery and factory trained technicians to hold tolerances to ±.00012 (3 microns) and surface finishes below 4 Ra on a daily basis.

At Carbide Products, Inc. we bring all of these disciplines together at a single facility to manufacture the finest high-precision cutting and wear-resisting tools, as well as producing small and large quantities of simple and complex machined parts. We offer design assistance for manufacturability and cost containment. We offer blanket-purchasing agreements for your perishable tools or production parts. We will stock your tools and/or parts – delivering Just-In-Time to meet your specific schedule.
