Surface grinding

Our CNC surface grinders are equipped with variable speed spindles, rotary contour dressing devices, high pressure flood coolant and are linked directly to our off-line programming department for Ethernet program procurement of profile dressing information. Some of our machines are equipped with center-less grinding attachments to facilitate profile grinding of round tools and parts as well as other unique devices. Typically our grinding tolerances are sub .001” total but often make it all the way down to +/- .0002”.

Cylindrical grinding

Available to our team of grinding experts is a diverse range of grinders from traditional manual and hydraulic internal and external cylindrical grinders to full multi-axis CNC Universal grinders and power-stroke honing. We can handle parts and tools from .040 inside diameter to 12” outside diameter in practically any material. Typically our grinding tolerances are sub .001” total but often make it all the way down to +/- .0002”.

Tool & Cutter Grinding

Available to our team of grinding experts is a diverse range of grinders from traditional manual tool and cutter grinder’s full five-axis Walter Power multi-axis CNC grinders. Our Walter is fully equipped with flagging devise, palletized work holder and robot loader, off-line programming with Walter Tool Studio and more. We love making specials; you design and we grind. Typically our grinding tolerances are sub .001” total but often make it all the way down to +/- .0002”.
