With access to a wide variety of CNC and manual machines we will bring your prints to reality. Our team utilizes state of the art machinery and countless years of experience to realize your trickiest parts.
CNC Turn
With 13 lathes spanning from tool room machines to 10” chucks with live tooling we have the capabilities you need.
EDM
Our EDM team has access to 4 wires, 2 sinkers, and a hole popper. These machines will often run 20+ hours unattended.
CNC mill
We have 5 CNC mills and several manual machines, capable of production and prototyping.
INduction Brazing
Brazing is a discipline that is just as much an art as it is a science. Experience is key, and we’ve been doing it for over 70 years.
CNC Grind
Grinding is where we flourish. With 20+ grind centers from a 5-axis Walter to a 36” Blanchard we regularly hold +/- .0002”
Laser Engraving & Marking
As standard we mark all parts with our logo and your part number unless otherwise specified. Our laser is capable of marking about anything you can draw up.
