Precision Components for
Industrial Equipment That Never Stops.
CPI manufactures precision tooling, wear components, and complex machined parts for industrial machinery and automation applications where durability, repeatability, and dimensional accuracy are critical to continuous production.
Why CPI
Built for Equipment
That Runs Continuously.
CPI operates as an engineering-focused manufacturing partner for industrial machinery builders and automation equipment manufacturers. We don't just supply components — we collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing teams, and procurement groups to improve component durability, manufacturability, and long-term system reliability.
Industrial equipment operates in demanding environments with continuous duty cycles, abrasive materials, and tight production tolerances. With decades of experience producing precision carbide and wear-resistant components for industrial applications, we understand dimensional accuracy, material performance, and predictable lead times within complex equipment builds.
When industrial machinery goes down, engineering matters more than price. CPI customers know the difference.

Tolerances & Precision
Tolerances Tight Enough for the Most Demanding Industrial Applications.
Grinding and EDM work held to ±.0002″ (5 micron). Milling and turning to ±.0005″. Industrial equipment doesn't tolerate dimensional variance — and neither do we. Every dimension is documented and traceable.
Quality & Reliability
Process Discipline That Keeps Equipment Running Predictably.
Each department uses Keyence optical inspection devices, gauge pins, comparators, and surface plates. Every job is inspected multiple times before final QC, with serialized records stored indefinitely. When it's time to reorder a wear component, the spec is already in our system.
